Whistleblowing is defined as a form of careful and voluntary disclosure regarding existing violations, which are carried out by certain individuals or groups who have data, events or information related to all things that violate the rules, whether it has just occurred or is suspected to have been carried out by the internal party of PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk Group (the “Company”), which has the authority.
To facilitate complaints / reports of violations, where employees and stakeholders, including but not limited to Tenants (outside the Operators), Vendors, and Partners of the Company, who are willing to submit the complaints / reports of violations without any worrying or discomfort, of the possibility of violations occurring within the Company’s environment.
This policy applies to all employees and stakeholders including but not limited to Tenants (outside the Operators), Vendors, and Partners who are in cooperation with the Company and / or all parties with an interest in the Company.

The Management guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the Whistleblower.
